DISCOUNTS. A discount schedule will be mailed, faxed or otherwise forwarded to you at your request. Alight books can be purchased at special rates when ordered in large quantities by corporations, organizations or groups, for educational use, fundraising and sales promotions. Special messages, excerpts and imprints can be produced to your specifications. Contact our Special Sales Manager at: (212) 316-1017 or via our online form. Please indicate how you intend to use the books (resale, premiums, etc.).

TERMS. All orders must be paid for prior to shipping. Our terms for established accounts with approved credit are net 30 days from date of invoice. Credit application must be submitted for terms. A 1 1/2% finance charge per month will be added to all overdue balances over 60 days. Discounts forfeited if accounts not paid in full within ninety days of due date.

VISA, MasterCard and American Express accepted for purchases.

CHECK PAYMENTS. Certified bank checks required for all cash orders over $500.00. A charge of $25.00 will be incurred by the customer for checks returned by the bank. CREDIT: Please submit orders on your purchase order form or letterhead. Orders over $50.00 must be prepaid–or send three trade and one bank reference.

RESALE NUMBERS. New York dealers must include their resale number with their order.

RETURNS. Unblemished and undamaged books may be returned within one year of original date of purchase. A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return shipment. Contact us for return shipping instructions.

ORDER SHIPPING. Books are best shipped via the Post Office’s “book rate.” We can ship via truck, UPS or Federal Express but do not recommend them for long distances, as the rates are considerably higher. Shipping is FOB origin on credit orders. Special-handling requests must be received with original order and may be subject to additional charges / fees.

SHORTAGES or non-receipt must be reported to us within 30 days of the order date.

PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS. Photographs of our publications are available for your catalog work. We occasionally offer free promotional items (in limited quantity) for your customers. Purchase orders may be Faxed to (212) 316-1017 at any time.   Published discounts subject to change without notice. All costs higher outside the United States.

REVIEW COPIES. Review copies of new releases are often available.  Submit requests via email to: info@goswingstreet.com, by fax or U.S. Postal Service.  One copy per establishment will be provided to trade accounts only.  Retail customers not eligible.  We cannot guarantee review copies but will make all efforts to accommodate you.
