If you're looking for a refreshing change from the Eurocentricity and pop culture of American cinema, Nollywood is a great choice. Touted as the third-largest movie industry after Hollywood and Bollywood, Nollywood is gaining in popularity and becoming more accessible to audiences worldwide.

In an effort to support minority films and filmmaking, Swing Street offers this candid and unbiased review of Nollywood films. Our reviewers are not paid for their reviews; our goal is simply to promote black cinema by exposing others to our movie-watching experiences. Swing Street's new Breakin it Down section is scheduled to launch in the next few weeks. This section of Swing Street Publishing's site will include articles and blogs such as: Advice from Ole Man Jim, Sit on It! A Queen's Guide to the Throne, a guide to dating, suggestions to improve your relationships and much more. Visitors will be able to submit content, ask questions and offer feedback.  It is an exciting time for Swing Street and we look forward to Breakin it Down with you real soon!

Swing Street is improving its web presence with new and exciting features.  In addition to offering special content for men, we will soon offer an exclusive area where women can have their own fun!  Girls Time Out will feature news, articles and information tailored to the needs of women, along with unique opportunities for women to present their ideas and have their voices heard.  An advice column entitled Ole Man Jim will also be available soon and The Righteous Mother will chime in to offer her expertise on love and relationships.  It's an exciting time for Swing Street and we hope you'll enjoy the ride!
